Yellow Belt • 1 day (Subset of Green Belt content)
Our most basic program instills the language and culture of Return on ExcellenceTM so that everyone has the mindset of continually improving processes. The Yellow Belt program is designed for all Excellence Team Members and those that will be affected by Return on ExcellenceTM projects.

Black Belt • 2 weeks, in 1 to 3 day segments (Green Belt is a prerequisite)
If you are ready for the comprehensive Black Belt program, we provide the training, mentoring and support you need. We will also serve as the verifier for your projects if you choose to get formal ASQ (American Society of Quality) certification. Content includes the Advanced Topics (below), and more.

Advanced Programs • 1/2 day to 2 day modules
Advanced programs are also available in modular format to meet your specific needs. Modules include Gap Analysis, Comparative Experiments, Lean, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Design of Experiments (DOE), and Design for Six Sigma (DFSS). Ask for details.

 

Six Sigma for Engineers and Technicians • 2 days
This course covers not only what the tools are and why you use them, but also teaches participants how to create them using the JMP or Minitab software.

Six Sigma for Non-Manufacturing Personnel • 2 days
Statistics can be used to track the quality of services as well as products. We address the same statistical concepts and software tools, but with a focus on service industries or departments.
